Congratulations! You’ve just created a new YouTube channel ……………………How to Start YouTube channel and Earn Online Money?
There are lot of successful Youtuber’s who are earning couple of hundred’s of dollar a day. They have taken YouTube very seriously and they have successfully launched themselves as a Brand on YouTube.
There are a variety of ways to make money on YouTube.
These three are the easiest and most popular.
*Google AdSense:
You can monetize your YouTube channel with AdSense. AdSense shows contextual ads on your videos and you earn money whenever a viewer clicks on the ad. This is by far the easiest way that YouTuber’s are making money.
*Affiliate marketing:
This method will let you earn a large amount in a very short time. All you need to do is pick the right product, create a video around it, and put the link in the description. You earn per sale and usually (depending on the affiliate partner) the payout is pretty nice.
*Sponsored Video:
In a nutshell, YouTube can help you earn money if you don’t have a blog or if you are still in the process of building one. And once your blog is all set to go, you can put the video version of your blog posts on YouTube to earn some extra bucks.
YouTube can also benefit you by getting website visitors who are not using Google as their primary search engine, but who found out about your site from one of your videos.
YouTube supports almost all video formats and you can post videos in a wide range of categories. You can post about your trip to Goa or do a video review of the hotel you stayed at in Mumbai.
You can also make tutorials about WordPress, hosting platforms, and other blogging or tech-related things. There is a lot of software out there which will let you record your computer screen making on-screen tutorials easy to produce. Or maybe you want to do reviews of new phones or gadgets.
The possibilities are endless; so are the earnings.
The key ingredients for a profitable YouTube channel(Start YouTube channel and Earn Online) are a loyal, engaged community and a steady stream of great videos. Most creators find that before you can earn money with your channel, you first need to grow your audience and make consistent videos that you enjoy and your viewers love to watch. Then, think about monetizing. Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own.
The convenience and far reach of the internet has given millions of people the ability to make a living by monetizing just about any skill, talent or opportunity. But, as is the case with any moneymaking venture, a lot of misconceptions surround certain strategies. Think: YouTube.

Specifically, you’ll consistently see that platform’s name rise to the top in articles about making money from home. Yet, while you can certainly make money with YouTube, that objective is not usually achieved in the traditional manner everyone wants you to believe.
In fact, to make money from YouTube, you have to dig a little deeper and establish a more sustainable strategy. The challenges of making money from YouTube
The YouTube myth goes like this: Post some videos, attract viewers and then cash in on revenue generated from ads. It sounds simple and effortless, so that’s the story everyone regurgitates and uses to sell get-rich-quick schemes. However, the reality is that you cannot make a healthy income based on YouTube ad revenue alone.
“Even if advertisers are paying a decent amount to promote their products through video ads, only a portion of their expenditures ever make it into content creators’ pockets,” says entrepreneur Michael Johnston. “For example, if advertisers are paying an average of $20 per 1,000 ad impressions, the videos where those ads are being shown may only generate $2 or $3 per 1,000 views.”
In other words, you’re only going to make a couple of thousand dollars for every million views. And, make no mistake about it, getting millions of views is very challenging. The good news is that YouTube ads aren’t the only revenue-generating opportunities for creative individuals willing to work hard and develop actual business plans.Alternative solutions for generating YouTube revenue
In order to earn a healthy income from YouTube, stop viewing that platform as a monetize-able medium in and of itself. Instead, think of YouTube as the catalyst. The real way to make money from YouTube is to leverage its massive network. Here’s how:1. Sell your own goods with Shopify.
Did you know that YouTube is the second largest search engine in the world behind Google? From a marketing point of view, it doesn’t make sense to ignore this massive resource. One of the best money-making opportunities is to use YouTube to sell your own physical products.
Let’s assume that you already have a product to sell. You can set up an ecommerce storefront using a resource like Shopify, then produce videos that fit into your product’s niche. At the end of the videos, you can produce calculated CTAs that funnel traffic to your product landing pages.
There’s obviously a lot more to it than this, but for all intents and purposes, that’s what the conversion funnel looks like. If you have a good product and your videos are simple and engaging, this funnel will work almost every time.2. Sell premium videos with Yondo.
If your end goal is to actually make money from videos, there’s a far better option than simply relying on your measly allocation of ad revenue. Instead, create a YouTube channel and build an audience. The primary goal is to engage this audience and build a brand name. Then, once you’ve established a reputation, begin driving traffic to your own landing pages where you can up-sell viewers with premium video content.
One of the best ways to do this is by using a solution like Yondo, which lets you create your own store that sells on-demand video content with your own domain. You can sell pay-per-view rentals, monthly subscriptions or anything in between. Best of all, you get to set your price and you don’t have to split revenue down the middle with YouTube.

Affiliate marketing is obviously a hugely popular online money-making opportunity. The issue is that so many affiliate marketers don’t put forth the effort it takes to actually generate a sizable income.
Instead of relying on static blogs to drive people to affiliate links, try creating a lively YouTube channel and using it as the primary catalyst. As the internet continues to move toward video as the primary form of content, you can get ahead of the curve and begin to benefit now.Youtube4.Attract sponsorships. How To Earn From Youtube Channel Techno Guru News Live
If you study the most successful YouTubers, you’ll notice the sponsorships and advertisements they have in their video recordings. These deals are opportunities the video-makers have discovered on their own.
The great thing about sponsorships is that you don’t have to give YouTube a cut. Plus, you can negotiate whatever contracts you want based on impressions and the size of your audience. In most cases, the amount of revenue you generate from sponsorships is substantially more than YouTube ad revenue. (Meanwhile, you can still generate ad revenue. So it’s like having two sources of income from the same video.)5. Transition Into live speaking engagements.
Finally, leverage your YouTube reputation and attract live speaking engagements. If the YouTube channel you produce is focused on a specific niche or audience, do some research about annual conferences or other industry events that have keynote speakers. Then, utilize your YouTube statistics and some of your best clips, to put together a package and pitch to the directors of these events.
Live speaking engagements can be very lucrative. It’s possible to generate thousands of dollars from just an hourlong presentation. So, make sure you’re seeking out these opportunities. and never disregard a chance to grow your audience.6. Think outside the box.
Can you make real money with YouTube? Absolutely. Are you going to generate a massive income by relying on impression-based ad revenue? Probably not. Instead, you need to identify ways in which you can leverage YouTube’s network to accomplish revenue streams. How To Earn From Youtube Channel Techno Guru News 2017

Water Supply System Management Plans (WSSMPs) are prepared by water suppliers that produce over fifty million gallons of water per year. These plans contain comprehensive information about the largest twenty-eight systems that provide water to the vast majority of the state’s population. Required content areas include detailed system information, current and projected demands, water quality protection, financial and emergency management, system goals and implementation schedules.
The Water Resources Board (WRB) administers the water supply planning process. WRB has adopted Rules and Procedures for Water Supply System Management Planning for guiding the content and approval process pursuant to the Rhode Island General Laws, Chapter 46-15.3 Public Drinking Water Supply System Protection. By law, the plans are confidential and the Executive Summaries serve as the public document. The statutory objectives of the program are:
*To insure that water supply system management plans are prepared, maintained, and carried out by each municipality and by each municipal department, agency, district, authority, or other entity engaged in or authorized to engage in the supply, treatment, transmission, or distribution of drinking water, and
*That the said plans and their execution achieve the effective and efficient conservation, development, utilization, and protection of this finite natural resource in ways that meet the present and future needs of the state and its people.
In addition, the Comprehensive Planning Act RIGL (45-22.2-6(b)(8)) requires that municipal comprehensive plans ’analyze the needs for future types and levels of services and facilities, including..water supply system management planning’. Staff of the WRB works with the RI Department of Administration’s Statewide Planning Program for the review and approval of comprehensive plans. Staff also closely coordinates with the water quality protection programs of the RI Departments of Health and Environmental Management.
In 2011, pursuant to the Water Use and Efficiency Act, the Water Resources Board adopted the Water Use and Efficiency Rule for Major Public Water Suppliers. Week 12 reflectionguided reading 101. The new rule added demand management strategies with specific targets and goals to WSSMPs and established annual data reporting requirements for data that was previously provided in the WSSMPs. The annual reports provide important water production and use data on a more frequent basis in order to assess trends and engage in statewide strategic water supply planning.

There always seems to be an air of anticipation walking into a new classroom on the first day of school. The atmosphere builds as the eager teacher motions students into the room, students nervously approach their new environment, and parents anxiously wave their last goodbyes before the door closes… and then what?
With 20 or so little humans staring attentively at the front of the class, the floor is yours! This is the moment to make a positive first impression, and more importantly, set the stage for the formation of a constructive classroom community. So which preschool classroom rules should you introduce to your students, and how should you approach them?
Here are a few ideas and considerations to get you started… but if you want to cut to the chase, below you can find printable rules for your use!How to Create Classroom Rules
As you prepare your lesson plan, an important factor to decide is what type of rules you would like to share with your students and how you should communicate them. Establishing these rules will help build the foundation for a strong classroom community and will support pro-social behaviorsas children begin to have a more active role in the classroom and are held accountable for their actions. You’ll want to keep your rules simple, use positive phrasing, and incorporate visuals as much as possible!Create a List
Begin by creating a list of rules that you feel are important for your students to follow. As the teacher, you set the tone and lay the foundation for the way rules should be addressed. This is your call – make it count. From your initial list, select the most important rules that you would like the children to focus on and keep them as a reference when you involve the students.Keep It Simple
Rules should be short and easy to comprehend. Keep them to a minimum by sticking to no more than 4-5 “golden” rules. By making them straightforward, you can ensure that you are communicating effectively to your students, as opposed to using complex language that can confuse your preschoolers.Use Positive Phrasing
As the saying goes, “when you can’t find the sunshine, be the sunshine.” Apply this to your rules, and sprinkle in the sunshine! By utilizing positive phrasing in your classroom rules, your students will be less likely to view the rules in a negative light. Instead of using phrases such as “Don’t Run” or “No Yelling,” take the approach of “Walking Feet” and “Quiet Voices.” Using this positive wording allows your students to more easily associate what they should be doing vs. what they shouldn’t be doing.
Incorporate Visuals
Pictures are worth a thousand words. Visuals will provide students the cues needed to associate rules with certain actions. Be sure to have a corresponding visual for each rule, as that will help improve recall among students.Sample Rules
Here are some of our favorite rules that you can share with your classroom:
*Quiet Voices
*Looking Eyes
*Walking Feet
*Listening Ears
*Helping Hands
*Clean Classroom
*Safe PlayHow to Explain and Introduce Rules into the Classroom
Once you have a grasp on the type of approach and visuals you would like to use, involve the students! Children are more likely to adhere to the rules if they feel like they contributed to their creation. They will have an enhanced sense of ownership and responsibility – helping nurture and build the classroom community as they all actively participate together in the rules’ creation.Get Students Involved
As your first lesson, it’s time to co-create the classroom rules with your preschoolers. Keep your list of ideal rules handy and steer the students in the right direction. Participation is key! The more the children participate, the more likely they will be to stick to the rules. This activity should also help students break the ice in their new environment, and you’ll likely catch a glimpse into your new students’ personalities!Explain Each Rule
Once you have decided on a set list of rules as a group, reinforce them by walking through each rule individually. Explain why there is a need for that specific rule and provide examples. This enables children to understand exactly what they should or shouldn’t do so that they can begin to associate specific behaviors with each rule.Display Your Classroom Rules
Upon finalizing your rules and corresponding visuals, display your masterpiece in the classroom! By having a constant visual presence, you can easily reference the rules in the future and reinforce your teachings on a daily basis. How to Enforce Classroom Rules
As all teachers know, enforcing classroom rules is an ongoing effort. Children will misbehave and test boundaries, but by proactively including lessons around rules, you can emphasize them to your students and continue to foster a structured and safe classroom environment.Miscellaneous Mr. Becker’s Classroom SolutionsIncorporate Stories
Read and discuss books with relatable characters such as Max, who breaks the rules in Where the Wild Things Are. As you’re reading together, encourage children to share their experiences with rules and consequences related to this subject. This will exemplify to your teachings and help students avoid similar situations.
Here are some of our favorite books to tackle the subject of rules:
Sometimes we need to help others “buy in” to understanding the importance of using self-regulation strategies. The following free resources are provided for ease in sharing the Alert Program.
*The Grouchy Lady Bug
*How Kind
*Little Dino’s Good Manners
Use Positive Reinforcement
Positivity should always be a key element in the classroom environment. When enforcing the rules, do so in a positive manner. When rules are broken, gently remind children of the classroom rules poster.
The goal is never to make a child feel bad about themselves, but instead to redirect their choices and undesirable behavior. Taking the extra one-on-one time with your student will go far in building their confidence and self-esteem and work towards preventing repeat offenses.

Scripture: John 12:27-36. If you find the Scripture useful, feel free to allow it to guide your time in silence. Spend some time reflecting on the Scripture as a way of focusing yourself. While Scripture is extremely important, silence is what we are trying to focus on and cultivate. Instruction: As we seek silence we are really. Each week in synagogue, we read (or, more accurately, chant, because it is sung) a passage from the Torah. This passage is referred to as a parshah. The first parshah, for example, is Parshat Bereishit, which covers from the beginning of Genesis to the story of Noah. There are 54 parshahs, one for each week of a leap year, so that in the course of a year, we read the entire Torah (Genesis to Deuteronomy) in our services. During non-leap years, there are 50 weeks, so some of the shorter portions are doubled up. We read the last portion of the Torah right before a holiday called Simchat Torah (Rejoicing in the Law), which occurs in October, a few weeks after Rosh Hashanah (Jewish New Year). On Simchat Torah, we read the last portion of the Torah, and proceed immediately to the first paragraph of Genesis, showing that the Torah is a circle, and never ends.

In the synagogue service, the weekly parshah is followed by a passage from the prophets, which is referred to as a haftarah. Contrary to common misconception, ’haftarah’ does not mean ’half-Torah.’ The word comes from the Hebrew root Fei-Teit-Reish and means ’Concluding Portion’. Usually, haftarah portion is no longer than one chapter, and has some relation to the Torah portion of the week.
The Torah and haftarah readings are performed with great ceremony: the Torah is paraded around the room before it is brought to rest on the bimah (podium). The reading is divided up into portions, and various members of the congregation have the honor of reciting a blessing over a portion of the reading. This honor is referred to as an aliyah (literally, ascension).
The first aliyah of any day’s reading is reserved for a kohein, the second for a Levite, and priority for subsequent aliyot are given to people celebrating major life events, such as marriage or the birth of a child. In fact, a Bar Mitzvah was originally nothing more than the first aliyah of a boy who had reached the age to be permitted such an honor. Celebrants of life events are ordinarily given the last aliyah, which includes blessing the last part of the Torah reading as well as blessing the haftarah reading. The person given this honor is referred to as the maftir, from the same root as haftarah, meaning ’the one who concludes.’
For more information about services, see Jewish Liturgy. Guided Reflection Protocol
Jewish scriptures are sometimes bound in a form that corresponds to this division into weekly readings. Scriptures bound in this way are generally referred to as a chumash. The word ’chumash’ comes from the Hebrew word meaning five, and refers to the five books of the Torah. Sometimes, a chumash is simply refers to a collection of the five books of the Torah. But often, a chumash contains the entire first five books, divided up by the weekly parshiyot, with the haftarah portion for each week inserted immediately after the week’s parshah.
Below is a table of the regular weekly scriptural readings. Haftarot in parentheses indicate Sephardic ritual where it differs from Ashkenazic. There are other variations on the readings, but these are the most commonly used ones. If you want to know the reading for this week, check the Current Calendar.

The following paper is a reflection of weeks one’s discussion questions topics. Week one’s topics were fair employment laws and unions and nonunion organizations. With each of the topics came comforts and struggles for each of the team members. In addition to the comforts and struggles the team discussed how the topics relate to the workplace.
Struggled Team Topics
Guided Reading WorkbookAfter the discussion that was completed in Learning Team C’s main forum, there were two topics that was somewhat a struggle but yet learning experience as well. The two topics were: the amazement of just how many employment laws there are for a human resource manager to understand and implement and some of the points of views from classmates referring to the subject of union membership.
Chapter 3 discussed many employment laws. From the equal pay act, the family and medical leave act, the American disabilities act, to the age discrimination act, the human resource management, as well as the employee, must understand how each act pertains to the organization. Some of the teammates were concerned with the subject of downsizing and how it seems like the first employees to get laid off are the ones who are middle-age or higher. The chapter explained the act thoroughly. “This act prohibits discrimination in pay, benefits or continued employment for employees age 40 and over. A key objective of the law is to prevent financially troubled companies from singling out older employees when there are cutbacks. If a company claims the layoffs were based on factors other than age, such as performance criteria, the employer bears the burden of proving that its policy was in fact based on those non-age factors.”(Cascio, W. 2010). This provided some comfort as there needs to be proof before a company can just lay-off someone 40 or over.

This National Leadership Grant for Research Project is titled: Investigating Self-Determination Variables in Summer Reading Program Participants. This project will expand research beyond that done on reading and information in school libraries, to that of public libraries in the context of summer reading programs (SRPs). The study will explore the relationship between free voluntary reading (FVR) and middle school age participants’ perceived confidence in information skills. The study will also explore the degree to which extrinsic rewards related to literacy (bookmarks, free books etc.) are likely to have an effect on intrinsic motivation to read. Data will be collected from 12 summer reading programs in the public library systems of New York State (Onondaga County) and Ohio (Cuyahoga).
First and foremost, this project involves two library systems in NYS and Ohio. In New York State, the librarians and staff of the Onondaga County Public Library System are participating in the research while in Ohio the librarians and staff of the Cuyahoga County Public Library system are taking part both in a pilot study and in the main study. Without these individuals and their directors, this research would not be possible.
